Terms and Conditions 

Wholesale Customers

Landscape Contractors, Nurseries and Garden centers, Landscape Architects, Municipalities, Golf courses, Cemeteries and Florists. 

Current Prices

Prices listed here are current and cancel all previous prices. Prices and the availability of plants are subject to change without notice. 

Terms

Uncollected checks will result in a $35.00 service charge. No third party or post-dated checks will be accepted. In order to give you tax free merchandise, the customer is required to have a tax exemption certificate on file, at the time of the transaction. 

Orders

Orders may be sent to us by fax, phone, e-mail or in person. If we are given adequate notice, we will try to have the order assembled at the time the customer requests pick-up. We insist that customers furnish tarpaulins for their vehicles in order to protect the plant material during transit. Customers are also responsible for supervising the loading and securing of the load. Special orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit. 

Tagging

You may tag plants to reserve them for a maximum of 10 business days. The best way to be assured of getting the plant material you need is to take plants when you see them. We will try to send you the particular plants you have tagged, but we cannot guarantee this. When tagging, please check with the office to learn our tagging procedures. No tagging is permitted without placing an order. 

Cancelled and Delayed Orders

Orders not claimed within 14 days will be considered cancelled unless other arrangements are made. Because of the perishable nature of the product, we cannot guarantee to fill orders as originally placed if not picked up at the indicated time. If additional holding time is required, a handling fee will be applied. There will be a 20% service charge for returned orders or cancelled orders that have been assembled or specifically ordered. 

Guarantee

Our warranty states that plants are true to variety and in good condition at the time of pickup or delivery. Acceptance of the material implies that the buyer agrees that the stock is healthy. We offer no additional guarantee and accept no responsibility for plant damage resulting from poor care received after leaving the nursery. 

Plant counts and suitability:

Any discrepancy in count, as well as any damage, must be noted on the delivery slip at the time of delivery.  Discrepancies in picked up orders must be reported within 48 hours. Once material has been planted, it cannot be returned.  No claims will be considered for past due accounts and any liability is limited to the original price of the stock.  The seller accepts no responsibility as to the suitability or placement of stock in the landscape.
